One tea pot for every 2 guests, with one complimentary refill.

Tea Party Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Tea Party Hours

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
1:00 PM – Close

Minimum Guest Requirement

A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a tea party.

Advance Booking

Tea parties must be reserved at least 72 hours in advance to allow our team adequate time to prepare food, beverages, and table arrangements.

Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your tea party reservation. The remaining balance must be paid according to the arrangements confirmed with Roses & Berries.

Final Guest Count

Any changes to the number of guests must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled tea party. After this deadline, the confirmed guest count will be considered final and will be used for preparation and billing.

Guest Attendance / No-Shows

Roses & Berries is not responsible for guests who do not attend the event. Food and beverages are planned and prepared in advance based on the confirmed number of guests. Therefore, refunds or credits cannot be provided for individual guests who do not attend.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tea party. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, as food, ingredients, staffing, and other preparations may have already been arranged or purchased.
