Catering Policies
- Order Placement: Orders must be placed at least one week in advance.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your order.
- Delivery: Only within the City of Dubuque, IA with a min order of $500 on food. Delivery fees are applicable.

Cancellation terms:
- More than 30 days prior to the event: Full refund of deposit
- 15–30 days prior: 50% deposit refund
- Fewer than 15 days: No deposit refund
- Other Roles: Roses and Berries Cafe is a catering service provider and does not function as an event planner, event coordinator, decorator, or interior design consultant. The responsibility for all aspects related to event planning, décor, furniture layout, floral arrangements, ambiance, and visual presentation lies solely with the Client. While the Caterer may coordinate aspects of food and beverage service within the space, the overall appearance, theme execution, and timeline management of the event are the Client's responsibility or that of their chosen planner or vendor.
