- Order Placement: Orders must be placed at least one week in advance.
- Deposit: A 25% down payment is required to secure your order.
- Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior; no refunds within 48 hours.
- Order Changes: Any changes must be communicated at least 48 hours before the event.
- Delivery: Available.
- Taxes & Gratuity: All orders are subject to a 7% Iowa State Tax; gratuity is at the patron's discretion.

- Confirmation: A final confirmation with details will be sent 48 hours before your event.
